After delivery
I refused the goods from the carrier because they were damaged. What happens next ?
For online orders, deliveries are made by trucking firms at Lapeyre's risk. In the event of damaged or missing items, it is up to the recipient to state any necessary observations and reservations on the delivery slip and confirm said reservations by registered letter, return receipt requested, to the carrier and Lapeyre within 3 days of delivery

What should I do if a product is faulty when I open the package ?
For online purchases, you have 7 days from receiving your product(s) to return them in their original condition and packaging. You will then receive a refund without delay.
What if the delivered article isn't what I ordered ?

I ordered the wrong product by mistake - what can I do ?
For online orders, you have 7 working days from the date of receiving the ordered products to return them in their original condition and packaging. Any product returns are at your expense. Subject to the above conditions, Lapeyre undertakes to refund the customer for the full amounts paid with respect to the returned products within 30 days of their return. You will then be refunded as soon as possible.
When will I get a refund ?
You'll receive a refund by cheque or bank transfer (depending on the amount) within 30 days of our receiving the returned products.
