What happens once my order is placed ?
Once you've validated and paid for your online order, a confirmation is sent to the email address you supplied. This message summarizes your order, giving details of ordered products, the payment method and the store handling your order.
How do I cancel an online order ?
To cancel an online order, your must request cancellation via the contact form eservice.client@lapeyre.fr. You must specify the web file number and the store handling the order in the message body.
You will then be refunded within 30 days by cheque or transfer from your store.

How can I change and/or remove a product from an order in progress ?
To change and/or remove a product from your online order, you should ask online customer service by e-mail: eservice.client@lapeyre.fr. You should specify the web file number and the store handling the order in the message body. Once the change is made, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail.
